說明: Zeocin是一種糖蛋白抗生素， 在體內(nèi)能作用于大多數(shù)細(xì)菌(包括E. coli)、真菌(如：酵母菌)、植物細(xì)胞、動物細(xì)胞。

Zeocin試劑是博來霉素抗生素家族的一個成員。 其抗性由編碼一種 13,665 道爾頓蛋白質(zhì)的 Sh ble 基因賦予。 在表達(dá)這種蛋白質(zhì)的細(xì)胞中，Zeocin無法結(jié)合和切割細(xì)胞 DNA。 Zeocin對大多數(shù)好氧細(xì)胞有效，可用于選擇哺乳動物和昆蟲細(xì)胞系、酵母以及細(xì)菌。 選擇細(xì)胞時，Zeocin的用量為 50-2000 ug/ml（通常 300 ug/ml），具體取決于細(xì)胞類型。
